Terms+Conditions

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
A 20% Non Refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Without a deposit your booking will not be held. You have 7 days upon receiving the invoice to make payment.

The remainder of the total amount is to be paid on the event date in cash only. If Bank Transfer preferred then it must be paid in FULL 1 week prior to the event. Quotes are valid for one week. Prices are subject to change if deposit is not received within the week. Any additional people on the day must be paid for  in cash on event date. 

CANCELLATION
If you are to cancel your booking, your deposit will be withheld.

If you are to cancel or remove a member from the bridal party/booking within 2 months of wedding date , we reserve the right to charge 50% of each booking cancelled. Eg, one month before the wedding you cancel one of the bridesmaids at $120.00 we have the right to charge $60.00.

In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or hospital stay. Jessica Pavlovic Makeup & Hair Styling will need to cancel a booking. This has never happened before, but all attempts will be made to find alternative stylist. If this is not possible or unacceptable to the client, a full refund of deposit or payment will be made back to the client. 

PARKING & TRAVEL FEES
Hotel parking must be pre-booked and covered by client prior to the stylist arrival. Alternatively hotel parking will be charged back to the clients room. Travel fees apply & start from $50.00.

DISCOUNTS
Please note we do not offer discounts on our services, unless we have a current promotion or other wise stated by Jessica Pavlovic Makeup & Hair.

EARLY CALL OUT FEES
Early call out fees apply if hair & makeup is required before 6am. 

ADDITIONAL STYLIST
Additional stylists may be required for larger bookings. This is at no extra cost.

TRIALS 
The cost of trial is $150.00 for hair & $150.00 for makeup. This is due on the day of trial in cash only. We allow up to 2.5 hours for a trial. This allows enough time to try two looks. No more than two people are recommended as a support at the trial. This is  to allow maximum time to get to know you & your style. 

INTERSTATE & OVERSEAS WEDDINGS.
We are happy to accommodate your location wedding. Accommodation, flights, transfers & taxi costs are to be covered by the client. 

ALLERGIC REACTIONS
All cosmetics & tools meet Australian Standards. Jessica Pavlovic Makeup & Hair will not be liable if any skin irritation, aggravations or allergic reactions eventuate  post makeup application. 

BUY PAYING THE DEPOSIT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE.
